Q.: How can I download the PDF files that I have ordered?
A.: The download links are sent by email, so it's important that you provide us with a valid email address. Feel free to type anything in the name and postal address fields – they are important only for print editions.
Q.: Do you have an affiliate program?
A.: Yes and no. We have tested the affiliate links for subscription, but found that in the majority of cases they don't work. New visitors usually start with downloading our free PDF issues. If later they decide to subscribe and come back to our website, there is no way to know where they initially came from.
But if you have a website or a blog, there is another, 100% working way to promote the Dot Connector and get paid for it – it's by placing the link to the Dot Connector book (a digest of the first eight issues of the magazine, which is available at using your Amazon affiliate ID.
Q.: Some of the Dot Connector back issues are already out of stock. Is there a chance that they will become available again?
A.: Yes. But it depends on you. The required minimum of pre-orders is 25 copies.
Q.: I have just subscribed, but I don't want my subsciption to be renewed automatically by PayPal a year or two later...
A.: Login to your PayPal account and cancel the subscription. It won't affect the subscription itself but will disable its automatic renewal.
Q.: I have moved and changed the address. Should I unsubscribe and subscribe again, or is there a simpler way of getting the magazine delivered to my new address?
A.: All you have to do is send us an email indicating your old and new addresses. (Your PayPal subscription ID would be good to mention, but is not necessary.)
Q.: My friend has no credit card and cannot subscribe using PayPal. Could I pay for him and get the magazine delivered to his address?
A.: Of course. Just send us an email, right before or right after having subscribed, and indicate the address you want the magazine to be deliverd to.
